Below are the projects that we are currently either constructing or where we are working on planning applications.

LEC 8, Colchester

The last building that will be restored as part of the group of buildings that we purchased at the Colchester Garrison site.
Abbey House, Colchester

Planning consent has now been granted!. At the planning committee meeting on the 14th March and following a site visit, the committee members voted unanimously to approve our plans. We are now finalising the legal agreement that we have to enter into with the Borough Council and hope to make a start on-site as soon as possible.
Stable 6, Colchester

Now Completed- One of Colchester's finest Listed Buildings restored and preserved. Leased to Thompson Smith and Puxon Solicitors.
26 Hythe Quay, Colchester

A group of Victorian warehouse buildings situated on the banks of the River Colne in the historic Hythe area of Colchester.
Gas Quay, Colchester

Suffering from years of neglect it is hoped that one day this site can be economically redeveloped to form the centre piece of the Hythe Regeneration Area.
